Nurturing Calm Weekend Itinerary

Fri 26th February

6.00pm Arrive & Check-in

6.30pm Welcome & Orientation with Paddy

7.00pm Supper, freshly prepared by Creacon’s Ayurvedic chef

8.00pm Chats with Paddy in the living room or take some time for yourself

9.00pm Relaxing Meditation by serene candlelight to calm and de-stress

10.00pm Time for bed.

Sat 27th February

7.00am Into the meditation hall to enjoy a guided Meditation on Breath

8.00am Take a break to prepare for breakfast

8.30am Breakfast, to energise and fuel the body for the day ahead

9.30am Time for some private contemplation in the beautiful gardens

10.30am Gather together as you follow Paddy and venture into nature for a Mindful Walking Meditation

11.30am Invigorated by your walk you’ll take your seat again in the meditation hall and be guided through some powerful meditations that help to foster Peace of Mind and a Calm Attitude.

12.30pm Take a break to prepare for lunch

1.00pm Lunch, savour food specially prepared to enrich health and wellbeing

2.00pm Enjoy some free time with new found friends. Paddy will also be on hand to offer any help or guidance you may need.

3.00pm Time for Silent Meditation to help you develop the skills to Nurture Calm

4.00pm Q&A with Paddy on any challenges you may have encountered in you meditations so far

5.00pm Take a break to prepare for Dinner

6.00pm Dinner, made using local, seasonal ingredients by chef Geatano Pernagallo

7.00pm Retire to the living room to enjoy tea and a chat

9.00pm Move to the meditation hall, lit by candlelight, to take part in the final Relaxing Meditation of the day

10.00pm Time for bed.

Sun 28th February

7.00am Join Paddy in the meditation hall for your Morning Meditation

8.30am Take a break to prepare for breakfast

9.00am Breakfast, to energise and fuel the body for the day ahead

10.00am Something different – Zen Meditation practice in the meditation hall

11.00am Paddy will lead a discussion on how you can take what you’ve learned from your weekend of Nurturing Calm and cultivate it in your daily life

12.00pm Final Q&A, followed by a Silent Meditation

1.00pm Lunch, specially prepared to enrich health and wellbeing, to send you on your way

2.30pm Our weekend of Nurturing Calm is over and it’s time to leave. Refreshed and revived we fondly go our separate ways with the sure knowledge that we are now better equipped to calmly face life’s challenges
